In residential real estate, listing properties is easy. MLS is the dominant listing service and there are millions of eyes looking at realtor.com on a daily basis. It is not so easy with Commercial Real Estate. The closest thing to a national comprehensive listing service is Loopnet , but Loopnet has its own challenges….namely the free looking service for buyers or tenants offers limited views and it is not possible to obtain a complete picture of the market.
Hosts Eric Odum and Steven Silverman address these issues and provide some insight on how investors should approach listing their commercial properties to get them most viewers, increasing their chances of maximizing sales price.
After a short introduction to the program, Host Eric Odum welcomes Mike Walker, of the Real Estate Negotiation Institute to talk about the top 5 things everyone should know to be successful in negotiating a real estate deal.
Mike is a Senior Instructor at the Institute and brings over a decade of deal making experience to the table.
