Big influx of yuppies from Nashville and the South in general has gentrified the historical downtown, and fast-tracked development on the peninsula of Gulf Breeze and Navarre where developers can&#039;t build fast enough. 
Florida&#039;s last affordable waterfront properties are in this region.]]></description>
