		<description><![CDATA[Great episode, informative information for the miami market.  It looks like there was/is overbuilding in the miami market, but now the demand is there thanks partly to covid-19.  
  Again the overall trend: Florida is headed in the right direction, of course many of us psychologically are still recovering from the 2008-2009 housing disaster/crash.  But if we can get past this, and understand Florida is becoming reborn into something else, more diversification... tech jobs etc.. 
  This is one of the few podcasts on the south florida real estate market, i would encourage you guys to keep going!]]></description>
