Great show & very informative.

I am thinking of moving (running away from snow) my family (kid under 2yrs) from Chicago to florida. I am a full time real estate investor in Chicago. It would be great if you do a show that combines real estate investing with family living/raising kids in florida.

I am a hands on investor, and always want to be within driving distance (approx. 1hr) away from where we live/invest.

We already scouted the area from Jacksonville to St.Petersburg (stayed north of Kissimmee). We liked the Oviedo area.

Hello,

I am a newbie investor and for the last nine months I have become a member of my local Investors Club, taken classes on weekends, online, and via podcast.

I came across your show after listening to another show from an investor in the west coast. Nothing wrong with their show but I live in Florida and I want to do business in Florida. I have yet to find a show that will delve into the Florida Markets like your show does.

Eric and Steven are very smart and entertaining with great interviews full of insightful Q&A sessions. The option to save your favorite episodes is awesome. I like that you don’t stick to just one topic. My particular interests are in multi and mobile homes and you guys have several episodes that I have listened to and saved.

I look forward to making my first deal in the near future with your show’s insight being one of the driving forces. Keep up the great work!

I live in Colorado and invest in Florida. I would like to hear a podcast discussing seasonal/vacation rental markets. Also, more information on fix and flip loans and markets would be great.

I have listened to about 10 pod casts in 3 days. I think Steven’s humor combined with Eric’s jabs are hilarious (Abott and Costello).
Do you gentlemen own investment real estate in Florida yourself? If you do, how about an episode of details on your own experiences. Also do you have anyone that can comment on hands off management of their properties. For example, how they select property managers, how often they meet with them, how they manage their costs and keep the operations in check, how the property managers deal with trouble tenants (non payment, evictions, property damages and illegal activities).
